The U.S. Naval Aeromedical Conference (USNAC) is hosted by the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute & the Society of United States Naval Flight Surgeons.  This conference provides participants a robust opportunity to acquire the latest information regarding aerospace medicine, learn about emerging technologies, discuss leadership challenges facing CVN and the airwing, exchange lessons learned, and develop courses of action to improve aeromedical support to the fleet, fleet Marine force, and joint war fighters.  Continuing medical education credits will be provided at minimal cost to the government.

Designated flight surgeons attending may become FAA designated aviation medical examiners (AME) by enrolling in a course offered in conjunction with USNAC.  Separate application and prerequisites must be completed prior to attending.  Contact Mr. Michael L. Walter, for details (michael.l.walter.civ@mail.mil).

Awards for the Navy flight surgeon of the year, Reserve flight surgeon of the year, and AVT of the year will be announced/presented.
